These rules are meant for the forum related topics. Not regiment. If you did not read the first section of this thread..then please do -_-.
This area are the main rules in depth, read them and don't take chances with the mind set of you thinking you know all the rules, I'm weird and I can add odd rules in.
1: Absolutely no Immature/Inappropriate/Offensive/18+ Content.
2: Adult Content is prohibited unless you put in a clear warning 'This is 18+ Content if you are below the age of 18 DO NOT Open or see this threat!' Or something along the lines in big read text.
3: We have minors on our website so please be mindful of their presence please. We want a friendly community here, not a porn scattered 4chan.
4: Overly grotesque and/or offensive content will be removed without warning, and the poster will be either warned or banned.
5: Repeat offenders will be banned completely and removed from our website should it be deemed necessary, so do not attempted to get around the rules.
6: When posting a link, it is strongly advised you read the link first and make sure it isn't a link that will take your steam account and such. If we find any link around the website we will deny all people the right to post for 1 day until we clear every last trace and ban the poster. This is for all of our safety. A message will be sent to everyone notifying you that this is happening.
7: Post in the Correct Section, this is a rule broken quite often but needs to be addressed.
Please use common sense before posting. There are sections dedicated to certain subjects. Posting threads in the wrong section WILL result in the deletion/move of said thread. If you're not sure where to post, don't be afraid to ask questions because it sometimes can be unclear what you can post. Warnings will rarely be given when this rules broken.
8: Don't Post Personal Information that can be used Maliciously on the Forums Information such as postal addresses, full names, IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers should be kept to yourself as much as possible. If you need to share it, please ensure to do it in a private message. As this is a public forum that is also indexed, anyone with basic Googling capabilities can extract information easily and use it to their advantage. Please for your own safety, do not share it if possible. This forum or website will not be held responsible for this, A simply sentence you should always know, 'WHATS PUT ON THE INTERNET WILL ALWAYS STAY ON THE INTERNET'
9: Follow templates, though we will only have a few laying around for some threads such as 'join here' Its important to follow threads. This can be for un-bans or other topics, if you're unsure again contact head admins for help.
10: NO Spammers or Scammers! We strongly advice you never to make selling or trading deals such as selling a steam account. If you are seen doing this. Then do so with a big risk. We will not be held responsibly for it, however we will ban the scammer and spammers.
Don't make posts seem that way either.
11: No useless posting for certain threads, in the General thread for example posting things about life or what not is useless. General threat is there for general purposes such as help for the regiment and talks about events and such. There's a threat for off-topic talks.
All rules listed below will consist of regimental rules, read these for it might stop silly problems like arguments.
1: No trolling or harassment in-game or on Team Speak. No spamming, insulting behaviour, any kind of discrimination, racism, bigotry, making unwanted noises, etc, jokes are fine but if someone finds them offensive do re frame from saying them around them. We all like a bit of fun but let's be mature about it.
2: Conduct yourself in a professional manner in events: no head-banging, stay in line, and keep your weapon at your shoulder, and face the direction that you are told.
3: Be respectful to everyone, including opponents. Do not trash talk other regiments or players and do not ever retaliate to insults or to being team killed. Stay cool. Make it fun for us and them, it might be the possibilities of them accepting a fight with us again or not.
4: Follow Orders. Do not contest the orders of the officer. If you disagree with an order, wait until the event is over and ask to speak with the officer that was leading. We try to not make faults however as we are all human do point out the problems after the event. If you think the officer in command did not see something then do tell him that because it might mean the death of the hole battle line or not. If the officer has a go at you, report him to the higher ranks or the General.
5: All members should make a conscious effort to attend all events possible. Attendance rating is certainly a factor when promotions, If you are unable to come to an event, do tell us. We understand that real life is more important than a cruddy game so if you cannot make it just let us know. If its a private reason then you don't need to tell us the details. However please do not skip an event to play another game try and be apart of this community. We try and host events on weekend days so school work shouldn't get in the way.
6: Invite friends!, try and recruit. Recruitment in the early stages of this regiment are very important. If you manage to recruit 5 people you will be ranked up straight from recruit to private no matter your skill! Just remember every member counts.
7: Do not make things hard for other players when doing trainings or events, as much as we like a laugh it does become annoying so try and use common sense. It makes things easy and can get trainings over and done with so you can play something else.
8: Probably the best rule here, have fun! Damn it you cannot have fun with the 1st regiment. We try and make things more of a friendly atmosphere rather than a militaristic dictatorship, its key to enjoying the game because we didn't buy the game for you. You brought it so what right do we have to make it a boring time for you?
9: When in team speak 3 server, please do not make annoying un-needed noises or spam messages. No speaking of hacking, exploiting or Ddosing. If you do you will be kicked and banned. We do not take chances because of past problems.
10: If you have issues with anyone in the regiment, then you should contact AdmiralTusimo first. If you cannot talk with him, speak with DA POPE or Latigger. It is best to deal with the problem fast rather than leaving it, if you do not want to make a big deal out of it then simply tell us what happened and we can keep it quiet but keep an eye on the person.
