Are you passionate about desserts with cooked red fruits like cobbler ? The juicy texture and the acidic nuances that emerge are exquisite and if we also combine it with a crunchy topping based on oats and nuts, the result could not be more spectacular. We are talking, of course, about red fruit crumble , a traditional specialty of Anglo-Saxon gastronomy that has become increasingly popular in our homes. And it is no wonder, because its tender-crunchy contrast dazzles everyone who tries it. This recipe is also designed so that you can easily prepare it in your Wartmann air fryer , without having to turn on the oven, in record time. You will only need a platinum silicone mold that fits your bucket, like this 20 cm Lekué one , and get to the dough! You will have your crumble ready in no time. Serve it with some plant-based yogurt or homemade coconut ice cream and melt into it.

In a mold suitable for the air fryer , mix the plums together with the red fruits, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon, until they are well coated.
Place the mold in the air fryer basket and program 15 minutes at 175ºC. While the fruits are cooking, place all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl - except the hazelnuts - and incorporate them with your hands, crumbling them, so that it remains a lumpy texture. Depending on the humidity of the oats and almonds, adjust the amount of coconut oil. Once integrated, add the hazelnuts and finish mixing. When the fruits are cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and pour the crumble mixture over the fruit. Place the basket back inside and program 3 minutes at 180ºC. Serve with a little yogurt or coconut ice cream on top.
